Job Description: QA/QC Inspector (Piping & Pipeline)

Position: QA/QC Inspector (Piping & Pipeline)

Salary Range: 6,000 - 6,500 AED

Qualifications

BE-MECH/Diploma MECH/Engineering Diploma in a relevant discipline

Minimum 7 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry (construction and source inspection)

Prior ADNOC Approval

QA/QC related training certificate (e.g., AWS, CSWIP)

Good English lingual skills

Responsibilities

Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards for piping and pipeline projects

Perform source inspections, including material and equipment checks

Review and interpret technical specifications, standards, and codes related to piping and pipeline construction

Monitor and report on the quality of work and ensure all quality procedures are followed

Identify and document any quality issues, deviations, or non-conformities

Collaborate with construction and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues

Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare reports as required

Participate in QA/QC audits and assessments

Skills

Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes and procedures in the Oil & Gas industry

Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Certifications

AWS (American Welding Society) certification

CSWIP (Certification Scheme for Welding and Inspection Personnel) certification

Additional Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment

Willingness to travel to various project sites as needed
