Key Accountabilities

JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Processes transmittal of information between the company, contractor and suppliers
  • Processes all project official documentation (includes engineering/ technical, correspondence, project management, commercial, legal, supplier/ vendor) generated by Company and Contractor to be stored in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
  • Archive project records in accordance with Project Deliverables Retention Standard to avoid losing data
  • Organize and manage electronic files/ documents via SharePoint and Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
  • Support the Improvement and development of the Document Control procedures/ guidelines to avoid outdated data that is no longer accurate
  • Assist the procurement team to prepare submittals for both external and internal circulations


Qualifications And Experience

Minimum Qualification


  • Bachelor’s in any relevant degree.


Minimum Experience


  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
