Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance and achieve sales targets
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution of sales strategies
Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and build brand awareness
Keep up-to-date with industry developments and continuously improve knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in real estate ( at least 1-year experience in - - New Cairo developer or a
big name brokerage )
Presentable
Excellent in English
Owns a car is a must
