JOB TITLE

Receptionist | MAF Global Solutions | Global Solutions Egypt

Role Summary

The Office Receptionist provides the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and clients to the facility management department. This role is essential in creating a positive and professional first impression. The receptionist will be responsible for handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, managing office supplies, and providing general administrative support to the facility management team.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Ensure that the front entrances of the Global Solutions offices are presentable and always reflecting the professional image of Majid Al Futtaim for clients and customers.
  • Receiving calls at the reception and assigning to the right team member and taking down customer’s message and ensuring the customer is called back accordingly.
  • Greeting and welcoming customers and guests professionally and ensure every visit is registered and assigned to the right team member.
  • Job duties may be clerical, administrative, and project-based and include, supporting meetings/corporate events, handling information requests, preparing simple reports and correspondence and liaising with different levels of management.
  • Immediately report any poor levels of cleanliness, maintenance issues, behavioural concerns or anything that may affect the image of the organization and the customer journey to the Line Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with the Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions Code of Conduct, departmental policies and Human Capital Policies and Procedures as well as adherence to Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions values and exhibit the same all the time.
  • Organize meetings for Senior Management and handle meeting calendars accurately and promptly plus being responsible to fill in travel forms or any required forms.
  • Manage and order stationary for Global Solutions - Egypt Head Office, following up and monitoring consumptions and keeping track to have inventory.

Requirements

  • University graduate.
  • 4-5 years of work experience as a receptionist in a leading company.
  • Must have a positive personality and professional attitude.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications (MS Office Suite).
