Key Responsibilities

  • You collaborate with the training team, devise technical training programs according to business and client requirements, produce training schedules and classroom agendas, determine course content according to requirements, prepare training materials, and execute training sessions.
  • You arrange for and conduct onsite and offsite (client locations) training when needed.
  • You manage and maintain the LMS to ensure it is always up-to-date and effective.
  • You have stellar communication skills, effectively expressing yourself and delivering meaningful learning experiences.
  • You analyze the effectiveness of training programs and create plans to improve content and delivery continually.
  • You are skilled in providing both classroom and virtual training, both instructor-led and hands-on.
  • You are curious, researching topics to be included in the course and interacting with technical experts to design training materials.
  • You are a collaborator and also an individual contributor who relies on professional discretion to achieve training goals.
  • You use customer feedback to drive training programs, processes, and delivery.
  • You enjoy collaborating in a multicultural and diverse environment.
  • You create engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, cheat sheets, videos, demos, activities, and assessments.
  • Proven success in building, implementing, and facilitating training programs that have a proven impact on organization results.
  • Ability to present in both technical and non-technical terms.
  • Proven experience delivering classroom training and also virtual training using online tools.
  • Hands-on experience with LMS for course creation, user management, and reporting.
  • Experience in training data analytics, BI, and AI platforms preferred.
  • Knowledge of various modern and innovative training techniques and tools.
  • Ability to deliver quality training under tight deadlines and also on-demand.
  • Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans and related risk assessments.


Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer designing and preparing training programs, materials, and workshops.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds (English)
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, education, training, or a related technical field.
  • Willing to travel to client locations domestically and internationally, if required.
