Customer Success Specialist

Talent 360 is hiring one of our clients in Interior Design Customer success Specialist:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout their project journey.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ needs and expectations to deliver personalized design solutions and advice.
  • Coordinate with interior designers and project managers to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and collect feedback to continuously improve our services and processes.
  • Assist in managing client expectations and setting realistic project timelines and milestones.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and project documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products that may benefit the client.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or client management, preferably within the interior design industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Work conditions:

  • from Sunday to Thursday
  • Saturday are Friday are off
  • Flexible working hours
