We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join Comarch team as Admin & HR Manager. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our team in Dubai. Candidate profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proven 3+ years of work experience as Office Manager, HR Operation Manager or in similar roles
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), Trello
- Strong communication skills
- Professionalism and the ability to represent the organization effectively
- Fluent knowledge of English (Arabic or Polish will be additional advantage)
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Arrange, coordinate, and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations
- Verification of employee settlements from foreign trips
- Handling visa processing for employees through government systems
- Welcoming and assisting customers visiting the office
