Assistant HR Manager
Full time, UAE Based

OnTheList is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant HR Manager to join our expanding team in Dubai. This new position will support various HR and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations as we grow. The ideal candidate will also assist in the registration of our legal entity for new markets in the region.
WHAT WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH...
HR Functions:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, offer negotiations and contract preparation.
- Support the OTL journey of the new joiners, ensuring a smooth integration into the OnTheList Family.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation to the HR system and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Facilitate work visa, work permit and insurances applications for employees.
- Arrange travel logistics for employees, including booking flights and accommodations.
- Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities.
Payroll Management:
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including compliance with local tax regulations.
- Assist in addressing payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
Legal and Compliance:
- Support the registration of the legal entity for new markets, working closely with external vendors and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and labor laws across all HR functions.
WHAT IT TAKES
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
- A team player who can work independently and collaboratively.
- Positive attitude and a passion for fostering a great workplace culture.
