Job Description

• المشاركة في تقديم الخدمات المكتبية والدعم الفني لرواد وأعضاء المكتبة بكفاءة وفعالية.
• استقبال رواد المكتبة وتقديم الارشادات اللازمة لهم فيما يتعلق بالخدمات المكتبية
• تنفيذ إجراءات التصوير والبحث في الانترنت لرواد المكتبة.
• تنفيذ إجراءات خدمات الإعارة وحجز المواد لرواد المكتبة.
• تنفيذ معايير الجودة والتميز في خدمة المتعاملين (رواد المكتبة).
• تنفيذ إجراءات حجز الخلوات والأجهزة التقنية لرواد المكتبة.
• تنفيذ عمليات صيانة وتجليد أعداد الدوريات بما يضمن الحفاظ عليها أطول مدة.
• تنفيذ عمليات جرد الدوريات في المكتبات وإعداد تقارير بها ورفعها إلى الرئيس المباشر.
• الرد على استفسارات رواد المكتبة بكفاءة وفعالية بالتنسيق مع فريق عمل القسم

Mohammed Bin Rashid Library was established by law no.14 in 2016 in line with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, to develop a knowledge society in Dubai and the UAE. As one of the most ambitious cultural and intellectual initiatives in the Arab world, the library's design was inspired by the 'Rehal', the traditional wooden book rest.

The Library aims to spark a passion for knowledge throughout UAE society, especially the youth, in addition to the conservation and promotion of Arabic literature, culture, and heritage by supporting and promoting reading, research, creativity, and entrepreneurship. Therefore, the Library offers free access to a unique collection of books and other knowledge resources.
