Smile, you found us! Looking for a career change in 2024? Come find out what makes Peak "THE PLACE" to work and live. Peak is looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Leasing Professional to join our team to assist in the lease-up of our beautiful 60+ unit property, The Addison, located in Midtown Detroit.

Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public. Must have leasing experience, including solid understanding of Fair Housing. Must be able to demonstrate community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to customer's need by communicating features and benefits to close the sale.

This is a temporary position, ideal candidate should have previous experience in a lease-up.
