We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join one of our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and innovative sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute innovative sales strategies that align with our business objectives and market trends.
  • Establish realistic yet challenging sales targets to drive company growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure steady revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in any sales system. (HubSpot experience would be a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience, ideally in eCommerce.
  • Extensive experience in selling software, ecom services, and products.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team to success.
  • Solid background in e-commerce, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within this sector.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Fluent English speaker.
