Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized product recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Drive sales by achieving personal sales targets and actively promoting jewelry products.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
  • Assist in merchandising and maintaining the presentation of jewelry products to create an elegant and enticing store environment.
  • Process customer transactions, handle payments, and ensure accuracy in inventory management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and assist in stock replenishment to maintain appropriate stock levels.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
