Be an active member of the Administration team, with immediate responsibilities of Administration functions including (Travel Management, Visits, and expat accommodation).
Travel Management operation
- Manage all travel logistics with the agency.
- Work on the invoices
- Finding solutions to reduce the cost
- Travel policy education plan
Visits arrangements
- Before the visit, Invitation letters creation, provide other visa required documents from us as host, recommending hotels (within the budget), arranging transportation, manage any inquiry sent from the visitor
- During the visit, supervise arranging meals, coffee breaks
Expats (Entry visa ,work permit, housing )
- Coordinate searching for expats' houses according to their budget and their preferences, through a broker
- Handle the contracting process, periodic payments according to the agreement between the company and the landlord.
- Handle the closure of the contract process
Events coordination
- Coordinate with the Communications team and fulfill their requirements
Qualifications and relevant experience:
- Bachelor`s degree in business administration or relevant degree
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages
- Outsourced supplier management experience is an advantage
- SAP experience is Plus
