Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Personal Assistant/Driver to provide comprehensive support to a family residing in Dubai.

We are specifically looking for a potential local senior person in Dubai who is ready to take on some of the responsibilities currently managed by the CEO and is prepared to assume these duties with complete trust and discretion. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to efficiently manage various tasks ranging from chauffeuring responsibilities to administrative duties. This role requires someone who is not only adaptable but also anticipates needs and acts with absolute discretion and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport the employer and family members to various destinations within Dubai, including but not limited to school drop-offs, airport transfers, and key meetings or events.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance, including scheduling appointments at service stations, renewing car licenses, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Handle any logistical arrangements related to transportation or other household needs.
  • Handle daily errands such as banking, managing receipts, and other tasks essential to the smooth operation of the household. Oversee and maintain organized records, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
  • Provide backup support for administrative duties, including document management, scheduling appointments, and liaising with service providers. Be prepared to assist remotely as necessary.
  • Act as the first point of contact in any challenging situation, utilizing strong judgment and problem-solving skills to resolve issues discreetly and efficiently.
  • Gradually assume higher-level responsibilities such as managing personal and business accounts, coordinating complex travel arrangements, and supporting the CEO in business operations as your role evolves.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant/Driver, preferably supporting executives or private families.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (oral and written) is essential. Intermediate proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian is required.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license, clean driving record, and deep knowledge of Dubai’s roads and traffic regulations.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and manage a wide range of responsibilities with precision.
  • Strong awareness of personal security and the ability to handle confidential matters with utmost discretion.
  • Experience in managing administrative tasks, including document management, scheduling, and maintaining records.
  • Familiarity with handling personal accounts and liaising with financial professionals is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Respectful and professional demeanor, with a service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Demonstrated capability to grow into higher responsibilities, taking on more complex tasks as the position evolves.
