Job Summary:

The Storekeeper will be responsible for offloading the incoming goods, separate and offer the same for quality inspection along with the receipt travelers.

This position will ensure the timely picking and kitting of assembly orders and packing of sales orders working closely with the planning and shipping team. This position will work closely with Senior Storekeeper for maintain the inventory accuracy.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Responsible for performing the periodic cycle count, annual counts and other inventory counts as required.
• Responsible to ensure the incoming of goods is offloaded, received, stored, and offered for Quality inspection in a timely and agreed manner.
• Assist the Senior Storekeeper for digital storing of documentations of incoming goods – Receipt, Invoice, BOE etc.
• Responsible for kitting of assembly orders and moving to the assembly in a manner adhering to safety & quality requirements.
• Responsible for packing of parts orders in collaboration with the planning & shipping team.
• Assist the Senior Storekeeper in coordination of packing of assembled valves and other units as required.
• Responsible for loading of wooden crates and handing over the necessary documentations to the freight forwarders.
• Responsible for raising paint request and movement of items for painting in coordination with the planning & paint shop teams.
• Assist the Senior Storekeeper in maintaining inventory accuracy by timely receipt & storing of goods, controlling the MRB and regularizing the scrap/return of goods.
• Assist the Senior Storekeeper to improve the existing process and implement innovative ideas.

• Technical diploma
  
  

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar field or industry.
