Key Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

1-Facility Management

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset life.
  • Respond promptly to equipment failures and breakdowns for minimal disruption.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards through regular inspections.
  • Coordinate and oversee facility renovation and improvement projects.
  • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians.
  • Make the required SOP for maintenance activities for UBI team.
  • Make and review RA with HSE for all UBI SOP & activities.

2- Project Management

  • Coordinate project sequences to optimize efficiency and resource allocation.
  • Conduct cost estimating and analysis for accurate budgeting and control.
  • Monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Track project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Collaborate effectively with consultants and contractors.
  • Prepare comprehensive progress reports highlighting key achievements and challenges.
  • Ensure compliance of HSE for all contractors working in DPW Sokhna.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) or Statements of Work (SOWs) for accurate specifications.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and closure.
  • Update the drawings for the ended projects to develop final as built.

Experience & Skills

  • BSc degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Overall, 3-4 years’ experience in infrastructure activities and civil projects
  • Full competent for using CAD program.
  • Fully coverage with HSE procedures in DPW Sokhna
  • Customer Service Orientation, Teamwork & Cooperation.
  • Excellent initiative and Entrepreneurship skills.
  • Excellent Planning, Analytical and organizing skills.
  • Very Good in MS Office programs: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent level of English both spoken and written.
