About The Job / Key Responsibilities
We are looking for talented & ambitious professionals to grow our Project Management team and join our ongoing mission to deliver in-depth and top-tier cybersecurity services to our valued clients. As part of this role, you will lead dynamic and cross-functional teams of cybersecurity experts in the planning, overseeing, and monitoring of critical projects – from initiation to completion- aimed at fortifying our clients’ defenses against cyber-attacks and evolving threats, and enhancing their security posture and resilience. The role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Performs moderately complex project administration tasks to support projects generally within standard procedures, but on occasion may need to deviate slightly from accepted practice
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures & assist in schedule management
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports, within established guidelines for the purpose of ensuring accurate project planning, tracking and billing. Create relative reporting.
- Coordinates project meetings, by scheduling the appropriate time, booking conference rooms, coordinating travel arrangements for project site visits, and setting-up conference calls
- Attends project meetings, and takes notes on issues, risks, and actions; prepares and distributes notes to stakeholders, ensuring agreement from all parties; follows up on actions agreed upon and obtains updates on progress
- May make recommendations that require occasional deviation from accepted practice
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes along with Project Manager
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Assist in preparing budgets
- Analyze risks and opportunities
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise & work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
Key Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience coordinating technology or cyber security projects, and supporting project teams
- Highly organized with effective time management, prioritization and planning skills
- Proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to easily build rapport with a strong customer service focus
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail regarding documentation and communications
- Understanding of project planning and scheduling, including ability to develop project plans
- Experience in a client facing environment
- Experience working with Vendors & Third Parties
- Ability to prioritize and execute in a methodological and disciplined manner
- Experience with project fundamentals and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Ability to control and monitor project risks and issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly driven and motivated to succeed
