Overview of the role:

Responsible for coordination with the marketing & events team, external & internal stakeholders, along with event agencies/suppliers in relation to marketing & events activities. Supporting the team with signage and on-floor operations, event setups, handling marketing & events inventory. Admin & Paperwork wherever needed

What you will do:

  • Coordinates with marketing/event agencies and suppliers for scope, proposals, quotations, installation, and dismantling of materials.
  • Ensures timely printing and installation of marketing/event collateral while maintaining quality standards.
  • Manages relationships with agencies and suppliers, ensuring smooth event preparation and execution.
  • Organizes work permits, site visits, and coordination with internal teams and suppliers for event setups.
  • Oversees event materials, ensuring setup, removal, and management of all collateral before and after events.
  • Handles onsite event management, ensuring smooth operations during events and post-event reporting.
  • Supports promotions by managing digital/print marketing collateral and coordinating material shifting and delivery.
  • Tracks budgets, PRs, POs, approvals, invoices, and follows up with suppliers for quotations and payments.
  • Manages administrative tasks such as signage, inventory, data collection, and competitor reports.
  • Maintains a photo and video library, ensures customer data collection, and shares updated lists with the digital team.

What Equips you for the role:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Minimum 3-4 years operational Marketing experience.
  • Good organizational and administrative skills.
  • Arabic speaking is preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to communicate clearly and precisely (written & oral).
  • Integrate well into teams & work towards achieving team results.
  • Good PowerPoint presentation skills
