We rely on advanced technology to deliver orders to our customers in a fast way. Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system. The Role We’re looking for great client support specialists to join our growing care team for a 3 months campaign. You have to be very proactive in this role with the ability to solve problems on the spot and think outside the box. What you will do
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Acknowledging and resolving clients' complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Keeping records of clients interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
What you will do
- 3 months Contract (November, December, January)
- Location: Maadi, near metro station
- Career Path (a chance to convert to a full-time contract according to hiring needs and performance)
We are looking for
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus
- Familiarity with using the help desk and support tools is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Multi-tasking abilities
