Duties And Responsibilities
Drive the creation and launch of innovative IoT connectivity offerings that address customer pain points, generate revenue growth, and improve profitability.
Cultivate an environment of innovation by identifying new market opportunities, exploring emerging technologies, and developing disruptive solutions.
Own the entire product lifecycle, from concept development to market launch, including defining product vision, setting roadmap, and managing product development.
Ensure a seamless customer experience by mapping customer journeys, identifying touchpoints, and implementing processes to optimize satisfaction.
Lead the development and execution of a robust SIM management tool roadmap to enhance operational efficiency and customer value.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration, align objectives, and ensure timely project delivery.
Develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies to launch new IoT connectivity offerings and drive adoption.
Serve as the subject matter expert on IoT connectivity, providing guidance and support to internal teams.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap.
Measure and report on product performance using key metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Job specification
Education
University Degree with Engineering or Computer Science background.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of overall experience.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Presales, product management and/or marketing.
Prior experience in mobility and/or IoT portfolio management is a plus.
