Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, visual merchandising, inventory management, and staff performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by providing personalized assistance, addressing inquiries and concerns, and resolving any issues.
  • Maintain the visual merchandising standards to create an elegant and attractive store environment for luxury jewelry.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional performance and provide ongoing training and development to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective strategies.
  • Evaluate and manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate stock reconciliations.
  • Monitor and control store expenses to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
