JOB TITLE

Customer Service Team Leader | MAF Properties | Shopping Malls

Role Summary

The position is responsible to supervise the Customer Service Team including efficient management of the Information Desk / booth ensuring that all customer service related activities are carried out in accordance with the prescribed policies and guidelines and to the highest level of service standards.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our assets, services, amenities, store locations, mall layout, and promotional activities.
  • Act as a backup for Customer Service Officers, ensuring seamless customer service operations.
  • Ensure Customer Service Team adheres to established grooming standards and company policies.
  • Handling and timely resolving customer complaints/queries.
  • Handle daily cash procedures from Gift Card booth, ensuring proper reconciliation and depositing.
  • Conduct training for Customer Service Team to enhance skills and service standards.
  • Keep informative brochure holders well-stocked, neat, and tidy, and update mall directory monthly.
  • Ensure compliance with Majid Al Futtaim Properties Code of Conduct, Departmental policies, and Human Capital Policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • English language skills.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years work experience in Customer Service.
  • Experience in in a reputed Shopping Centre, luxury Hotel industry in Egypt is an asset.
