About the Role:

Ferrero Egypt is seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to join our team. This key leadership role will oversee the financial operations of our organization, ensuring the company’s financial health and guiding our financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to contribute to the growth and success of the business.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for month-end accounting and reporting activities to local team and group in respect of Group’s deadlines.
• Perform reconciliations and post journal entries to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Review monthly, quarterly and yearly results.
• Preparing Statutory annual accounts.
• Lead the interim and year-end audit process.
• Ensure internal controls are performed and duly documented as per internal policy.
• Supervise month-end intercompany reconciliations in collaboration with Finance Share Service Dept.
• Support depts and other finance team members on financial accounting matters.
• Guarantee the correct application of civil-fiscal principles and norms as regards all treasury issues, supervise various activities related to the management of cash, short-term borrowing and investments.
• Plan the organization's financing needs and provides for those needs by issuing securities.
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis.
• Managing 1 junior accountant.
  
  

Who we are looking for:

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience within Finance field.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and Experience in preparation financial statements.
• SAP, Hyperion Financial Management.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Preparation, controlling and managerial reporting knowledge represent a plus.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
• Very good command of English; other European languages are an advantage.
