Could you be the full-time onsite Legal Counsel in Cairo, EG we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your seasoned legal expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and expert teammates. You'll provide expert guidance and strategic solutions on legal issues, significantly impacting our business operations and growth. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Contract Management team, Cluster legal Director, and bid teams), review and draft complex legal agreements, support in legal and contractual matters including claim management and dispute settlement, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Support to the Contract Management team and Cluster legal Director in legal matters.
  • Assistance to bid teams during the tender process including contractual and legal assessment.
  • Proactive management and instruction of litigation, arbitration, or other dispute resolution.
  • Expert guidance and strategic solutions on legal issues.
  • Handling of corporate law matters.
  • Ensuring compliance with international law and project-specific legal requirements.

  • Degree in Law.
  • Experience or understanding of international business law and legal practices in an international business environment or law firm.
  • Knowledge of complex project structures and public tender processes.
  • Good drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
