Description
As a key support to the HR Department, the HR Assistant contributes to the success of HR initiatives within the organization. The position calls for strong organizational skills, careful attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a positive attitude in executing a wide range of HR administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
The HR Assistant will carry out all administrative HR tasks within the company, including but not limited to:
· Maintaining employee files and documentation on the system, ensuring that they are updated at all times.
· Preparation of HR letters, employment contracts, and any other HR documentation required.
· Assist with onboarding including the application of employee visas, insurance, new joiner announcements, etc.
· Assist with offboarding including visa and insurance cancellation, exit clearance, etc.
· Manage leave requests, track and update leave balances, and advise employees on their leave status.
· Handling all general HR inquiries by staff and guiding them appropriately.
· Assist with recruitment by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
· Assist in organizing HR initiatives such as events, training sessions, and Employee of the Month program.
· Perform additional duties as required based on business needs and as directed by the line manager.

· 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
