We are searching for an experienced USAID’s TRADE project - Human Resources Internship at our Cairo facility.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. The HR Intern will primarily be responsible for comprehensive Selection Justification Memo writing, HR documentation, and various HR administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the field of HR and develop their skills in comprehensive writing, attention to detail, and HR administrative tasks.

TASKS

  • Aid in the creation, editing, and upkeep of HR documentation, encompassing employee contracts, records, and various HR-related materials.
  • Contribute to the organization and maintenance of employee records, emphasizing accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Draft comprehensive Selection Justification Memos for recruitment processes, ensuring the provision of accurate and well-structured justifications for candidate selection.
  • Participate in coordinating recruitment activities, which involve posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Offer general administrative support to the HR department, encompassing tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling interviews.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates with a University Degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent comprehensive writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all HR-related tasks.
  • Excellent follow-up skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
