About The Role

Responsible for managing and supporting content creators on the platform. This role focuses on fostering creativity, expanding the creator network, and driving the growth of the creator on tiktok.

Responsibilities

• Assisting creators with tools, strategies, and insights to help them grow their presence and engage more effectively with their audiences on TikTok.
• Collaborating with creators to plan and implement content strategies aligned with trending topics and audience interests. This often includes staying ahead of platform trends and leveraging data to enhance content impact.
• Building relationships with creators, influencers, and brands, encouraging collaborations that increase platform visibility and user engagement.
• Overseeing campaigns that involve user-generated content, ensuring these campaigns resonate with the target audience and drive meaningful results.
  
  

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in fields like marketing, communication, digital media, or business is preferable.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience related to Live-streaming, video-sharing, social media or gaming platform streaming platforms.
• Relevant working experience or network with influencers, celebrities or live streaming platforms.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok’s features, algorithm, and trends is essential
