Purpose of the job
To manage and support Information security technology tools to meet organizational needs.
Job Location: New Capital Administrative City, Cairo
Key Responsibilities:
1. maintaining and troubleshooting second layer of support to theses tools
2. Troubleshoot raised issues from operation team
3. Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure availability requirements are met
4. Work with vendors to solve the raised problems from operation team
Job specification
Education
- Bachelors degree in engineering or computer science from a recognized university.
Experience.
- Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience in administrating information security controls
- Proven experience working with endpoint managing systems.
- Proven experience with Vulnerability management tools.
- Experience with SIEM solution
- Experience Two factor authentications solutions

- Very good English both spoken and written.
