Fuel Management:
Coordinate fuel procurement processes and manage supplier relationships.
Monitor and track fuel consumption to optimize efficiency.
Assist in maintaining accurate fuel inventory records.
Collaborate with internal teams to address fuel-related needs.
Analyze fuel market trends and recommend strategies for cost savings.
Evaluate and implement fuel efficiency measures in the fleet.
Lead negotiations with fuel suppliers for favorable terms and pricing.
Implement fuel conservation and alternative fuel initiatives.
Provide regular reports on fuel consumption and related costs.
Conduct training for personnel involved in fuel-related activities.
IVMS Oversight:
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of In-Vehicle Monitoring Systems (IVMS).
Monitor and analyze IVMS data to enhance driver safety and optimize vehicle usage.
Collaborate with the IT department to address any technical issues related to IVMS.
Ensure drivers are trained on the proper use and benefits of IVMS.
Provide reports on IVMS data to support operational decision-making.
