Department: Group Access Risk & Control team


As an Access Risk and Control Analyst you will have the chance to be a major influence in driving our world-class business forward and working closely with Group Functions to design and Implement successful Access Risk Management Strategies. YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To process user access requests in accordance with the user access process and the relevant guidelines, to ensure compliant access provisioning for tens of thousands of users across hundreds of systems.

• To proactively monitor access control risks, including SOD risks and critical access risks, to eliminate or mitigate risks in accordance with the guidelines provided by relevant policies and procedures, while using the technology and tools provided.

• To coordinate with the business to clarify and respond to access needs (Line managers, HR teams and Technology teams) by translating into assignment policies for groups of users in order to increase the level of automated access provisioning, while following the “least privilege” principle.

• To execute, support and document control activities related to Identity Access Management process, such as user access certifications.

• To report identified risks and any potential issues to management.


ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• University degree in Information Technology Accounting, Finance, Economics or other relevant.

• Technical savvy with good understanding on SAP, Active Directory, MS Entra ID, other basic IT knowledge and MS Office skills is a must.

• 3+ years of operational experience in IT, Finance, Internal Control, Access Control or Audit.

• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.

• An unwavering desire to follow and enforce policies

• High integrity.

• Team Player.

• Open and adaptable to different cultures and personalities.

• Professional designation (i.e. CIA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA, CISA, CISM or comparable) is an advantage.
