Position Summary

Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Manager, the Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for implementing the brands Visual Merchandising guidelines and communicating the DNA in a creative way and ensuring this is maintained across all in-store and external projects.

Main Responsibilities

You will oversee the creation and implementation of an attractive merchandising in our various retailers for OGCC/KSA/LEVANT/South-Africa and Travel Retail markets.

  • Merchandising updates
  • Act as the project manager of TR counters, minis displays, pore care furniture, FSUs, and brow bars merchandising updates
    • Create a planning and follow-up closely to ensure projects are delivered on time
    • Elaborate the planograms according to the marketing brief
    • Challenge quotations from the contractors
    • Follow-up the signage artworks with our graphic designer
    • Create the store dispatch files to ensure the Supply chain deliver on the right locations
    • Draft guidelines for stores to ensure a correct installation.
    • Upload guidelines on Daxium application
    • Conduct store-check visits
    • Prepare planograms for all new TR counter openings working closely with marketing and TR account manager
    • Gondola delivery
    • Be responsible for all gondola delivery for openings, renovations, relocations and liaising with suppliers
    • Maintenance
    • Be responsible for all day-to-day maintenance requests
    • Forecast and order spare parts for all regions
    • Budget Opex
    • Follow-up cost and check alignment with finance
    • Prepare R1/R2 and budget
    • Prepare analysis to explain the status and to make recommendations
    • PO/Invoices/cost follow up
    • Be responsible for all POs related to your projects, follow up with suppliers on quotations and ensure invoices are sent according to each project’s timeline
