As a Lobby Ambassador, you are tasked with providing a warm and friendly welcome to guests, ensuring a gracious departure, and consistently delivering efficient and courteous service. Your responsibilities include embodying the company's service standards and fostering positive interactions with guests.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service to all guests.
  • Be readily available as a point of contact for guests at all times.
  • Actively engage with guests, representing the cultural connection initiatives and creating positive interactions at the coffee and refreshment station.
  • Play a crucial role in upholding service standards by welcoming guests at the hotel entrance, escorting them to the check-in point, assisting those in queues, greeting guests during breakfast, and bidding farewell to departing guests.
  • Utilize technology such as the Tablet Registration tool to efficiently register guests while they await check-in.
  • Provide personalized service and attention to all guests, with a focus on VIP guests, and loyalty program members.
  • Maintain effective communication with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Proactively meet arriving guests at the main entrance and offer assistance upon their exit from transportation.
  • Extend assistance to all guests entering the lobby.
  • Identify revenue opportunities, such as taking restaurant reservations and promoting sales leads.
  • Stay informed about the hotel and local services, providing information and responding to guest queries.
  • Promptly and pleasantly address any guest queries or concerns.
  • Stay updated on special offers, promotions, and packages at the hotel, promoting them to guests as appropriate.
  • Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.
  • Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
