Today, we are recruiting for the Senior Commercial Officer for Siemens Mobility Egypt position to join our team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Verify and control third-party invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contracts.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Control goods and service contracts, ensuring all received items align with contract terms.
  • Create and monitor sales invoices, including E-invoices, for major contracts, maintaining precision in billing processes.
  • Generate monthly performance reports for Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Contribute to the accuracy of cost booking, ensuring financial records are correct and up to date.
  • Review service contract calculations and quotations to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Assist in controlling and analyzing financial reports on a quarterly basis, providing support to project management.
  • Play a key role in the budgeting and forecasting processes, contributing to the financial planning of the organization.
  • Support commercial matters to achieve business targets will be a crucial part of your responsibilities.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant qualification.
  • 3 - 6 years of experience in commercial project management.
  • Experience with SAP systems
  • Skilled in calculation methods, financial models, forecasting, project controlling (including customs, logistics, and export control), as well as contract and claim management.
  • Comfortable implementing accounting principles (IFRS), handling tax, insurances, NCM, and FX strategies as needed for projects.
  • Experience in the Services industry is a distinct advantage and will set you apart.
  • Possess strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities; negotiation skills are an added advantage.
  • International experience and working in multicultural teams are highly valued.
  • Full professional proficiency in both English and Arabic.
