Your role:

  • Leads the Country AR function and reports functionally to the Zone Credit and Collection Head
  • Drives harmonization, standardization, digitalization, and productivity within the team according to the global governance framework and implement Customer 2 Cash policy.
  • Effective credit management and responsible for implementation of credit policies. Drive harmonization, standardization, digitalization, and productivity within global governance framework.
  • Performs proactive Receivable management towards the customer, drives overdue reduction, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) development, and Cash collection.
  • Analysis all the Debtors accounts and prepares the monthly reports.
  • To ensure the payment terms of the Credit customers and according to their credit limits
  • Quarterly reporting for customer credit limits.
  • Coordinating and meeting the customers to ensure timely collections especially with major payers.
  • Interface with the Sales and Service organization as well as the contract administration department and business areas within the organization
  • Ensures an effective dunning process and follow up of complaints/ disputes until resolution.
  • Responsible for active AR management and communication with internal stakeholders/ interfaces
  • Preparing AR and collection forecast for Business Area and ensures achievement of Forecast.
  • Process owner for Global Master Data Management related to Customer Master Maintenance
  • Conducts monthly management calls with Sales, close coordination with Contract Administration department, and Service team with clear target on reduction of overdue.
  • Responsible for red flag for escalation actions incl. legal cases, (un)block customers, BP Terminations
  • Owns and drives the reduction in Operating Working Capital for the Country in close collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Able to perform analytical procedures on the key KPIs and be able to provide monthly data and charts for performance management.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years of finance and commercial function experience or equivalent
  • Proven record of team management and skills to lead, engage, motivate, and develop diverse team.
  • Preferred knowledge of ERP system (SAP), MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and an affinity for data analytics
  • Superior financial and analytical skills required to provide detailed findings from data sources.
  • Ability to go deep into the process to drive harmonization.
  • Proficiency in English language strong interpersonal skills to communicate with teams within Egypt and Zone
