It is looking for new qualify profiles who want to face demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements:


Scope and Purpose

  • To assist Relationship Managers in handling the clients and their requirements.
  • To assist Relationship Managers in addressing the customer queries on Bank’s product and seek solution to their requests
  • To perform other tasks as assigned by Relationship Manager & GRM
  • Ensuring that all related documentations are processed in accordance with the Policy established and implemented by the Bank.
  • Perform, also working in a team, administrative activities related to customer management.
  • Pro-actively liaise with the customer in the management and resolution of problems and requests.
  • Ensure the quality of the work carried out, as well as compliance with the deadlines, intervening operationally in urgent transactions.
  • Ensure the proper management of customers guaranteeing internal compliance to the Bank's provisions for the regulatory framework as well as the Bank's other operating processes.
  • Support Relationship Managers in assessing the management trend and economic performance of the reference customer and activating the necessary corrective actions.
  • Handle preliminary activities and draft documents, proposals and marketing material


Required Experience

1-2 years of relevant experience in corporate / compliance role , ideally with banks operating in Abu Dhabi


Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

• Bachelor degree or post graduate in Economics/Marketing/Business/Law or related field

• Understanding of documentation and operating processes

• Computer literacy

• Good command of English

• Customer and detail oriented

• Analytical skill

• Familiar with local laws, banking regulations and practices added advantage

• Ability to understand and exploit financial information and databases
