Senior Account Manager- Arabic Speaker

Our client is one of the leading Forex trading organization in the MENA region, and they are looking for a SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER-ARABIC SPEAKER with a strong background in Forex space.

  • Maintain and develop the client portfolio by giving tailored support and access to data our clientele's requirements.
  • Offer excellent client experience and act as POC to the retail and premium clients solving any kind of disputes and proposing support across their transaction with the client.
  • Guarantee to reach KPIs (net deposits/ active traded clients/ call time, etc.
  • Improving customer service quality/experience, efficiency and lucrativeness.
  • Answering emails, assisting with client deposits, trading, withdrawals, client training.
  • Collaboration with related divisions to resolve concerns and grievances in a sensible manner.
  • Providing precise data to clienteles concerning business’s products and services.
  • Arranging and giving financial market apprise on a regular basis.
  • Updating reports in a daily, weekly, and monthly manner in relation to customer portfolio.
  • Updating in-house systems with correct information.
  • Giving feedback to appropriate departments regarding client’s expectations and issues.

Requirements

  • MUST HAVE UAE FOREX TRADING EXPERIENCE-CURRENT OR IN THE PAST.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Economics or relevant field)
  • 3- 5 years’ relevant experience in Trading and Sales industry.
  • Passion about the financial market and trends.
  • Significant trading experience would be an advantage.
  • Global Equity trading experience will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis.
  • Excellent numerical/mathematical abilities.
  • Target oriented with the ability to work with initiative and within a team.
