Arabic Speaking CX Specialist (Short-Term)

Whom are we looking for?

  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • Strong research, reporting, and presentation skills
  • Excellent written & spoken Arabic & English
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Extensive knowledge of the UAE’s government service excellence program and the star rating
  • Proven customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX) knowledge
  • Excellent Powerpoint or Keynote skills

What do we expect you to do?

  • Current State Assessment: Conduct thorough internal evaluations of service delivery channels.
  • Apply 7-Star Rating Standards: Assess centers and digital platforms on the 7-star service criteria.
  • Develop Improvement Plans: Create and implement improvement plans for service enhancement.
  • Reporting: Develop and present reports in Arabic and English.
  • Coordinate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with all involved parties to ensure alignment with project requirements and goals.

What's in it for you?

  • This position will be offered on a contract basis for a period of 2 to 6 months, with the opportunity for renewal based on business requirements and performance.
  • Candidates will have an online interview, followed by an in-person interview.
  • The successful candidate will be expected to work standard office hours, Monday through Friday, at our offices or our clients’ office in UAE.
