Whom are we looking for?
- Bachelor degree or higher
- Strong research, reporting, and presentation skills
- Excellent written & spoken Arabic & English
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of the UAE’s government service excellence program and the star rating
- Proven customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX) knowledge
- Excellent Powerpoint or Keynote skills
What do we expect you to do?
- Current State Assessment: Conduct thorough internal evaluations of service delivery channels.
- Apply 7-Star Rating Standards: Assess centers and digital platforms on the 7-star service criteria.
- Develop Improvement Plans: Create and implement improvement plans for service enhancement.
- Reporting: Develop and present reports in Arabic and English.
- Coordinate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with all involved parties to ensure alignment with project requirements and goals.
What's in it for you?
- This position will be offered on a contract basis for a period of 2 to 6 months, with the opportunity for renewal based on business requirements and performance.
- Candidates will have an online interview, followed by an in-person interview.
- The successful candidate will be expected to work standard office hours, Monday through Friday, at our offices or our clients’ office in UAE.
