As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our executives operate smoothly and efficiently. Your organizational skills and proactive attitude will help streamline operations in a fast-paced environment filled with opportunities for growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Act as a gatekeeper and first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with special projects and provide administrative support as needed
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times when handling sensitive information

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
