Job Title: Kitchen Helper
Salary: AED 1,200 - AED 1,600
Location: Dubai Benefits: Food and accommodation provided
Age Requirement: Below 30 years
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing, chopping, and sorting ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area, including washing utensils, cleaning counter tops, and mopping floors.
- Support chefs by ensuring that all kitchen stations are organized and fully stocked with necessary ingredients.
- Handle kitchen waste and dispose of trash following safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Ensure that food storage areas and refrigerators are clean and well organized.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations while performing all tasks.
- Assist with loading and unloading of kitchen supplies and inventory management.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role (home country experience acceptable).
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, such as standing for long hours and lifting heavy objects.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing kitchen demands.
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Basic cooking knowledge and willingness to learn from experienced kitchen staff.
- Good time management skills to ensure that tasks are completed promptly and efficiently.
