Job Title: Waiter
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 1,000 - AED 1,400 per month
Benefits: Food and accommodation provided
Age Requirement: Below 35 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
- Ensure timely service of orders and attend to customer needs throughout their dining experience.
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional items as appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating as necessary.
- Process payments and ensure the proper handling of cash and card transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assist in maintaining stock levels, including cutlery, crockery, and condiments.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Skills:
