Job Description
This is a great development opportunity if you are operations and data driven, attentive to details, and able to manage independently a busy and challenging agenda. The role provides you with a chance to work in partnership with a local, regional and global team to support the implementation of HR practices and policies, provide professional HR service, and assist with the development and implementation of HR projects and workforce reporting.
As an Analyst within our HR operations team, you will partner closely with the HR team in the MENA region to support HR operations and employees in the locations in scope. You will support implementation and execution of projects and solutions based on local and regional business priorities in partnership with the Emerging Markets and EMEA ED&SE team, and will be involved in global and regional projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Support payroll administration;
- Process HR data and reporting;
- Support local activities relating to onboarding and off boarding;
- Process benefits enrolment;
- Execute HR vendors invoice processing;
- Maintain high level of risk and controls management in line with the firm’s processes;
- Ensure all employee data is fully up to date in HR systems and applications by performing periodic reviews and reconciliation;
- Establish & maintain strong relationships with HR colleagues;
- Partner with various internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Audit, Legal);
- Provide contingency cover and support for the HR ED&SE team in the MENA region.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Knowledge of local market, culture and local employment laws across multiple jurisdictions in the MENA region;
- Fluent in English and Arabic;
- Thorough understanding of control environment and mastering of control processes;
- Fast learner, team player; good communication skills;
- Numerical skills, attention to details;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Self-starter, time management;
- PC skills in Excel, Word and Power Point.
