We are seeking a dedicated and passionate
Arabic Teacher (Year 1) to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children, fostering their intellectual, social, and emotional development. The
Arabic Teacher will report directly to the Principal and play a key role in laying the foundation for a positive educational experience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the curriculum, ensuring a balance between educational, creative, and play activities.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes learning and cooperation. Manage student behavior effectively, fostering a respectful and supportive environment.
- Recognize and address the diverse needs of students, providing differentiated instruction to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
- Establish and maintain open communication with parents, providing regular updates on student progress, conducting parent-teacher conferences, and addressing any concerns in a timely manner.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Stay informed about current educational practices, attend professional development opportunities, and actively seek ways to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times, following established procedures and protocols. Foster a caring and secure classroom environment.
Requirements:
- Hold a relevant qualification
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for Montessori Education and a firm conviction in its positive influence on children's development.
- Display patience and empathy, creating a supportive and caring environment that fosters children's growth.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interactions with children, parents, and colleagues.
