Project Manager (MEP)

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a system-based turnkey solutions company in Dubai, UAE. The client is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager- MEP who will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of accounting projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while adhering to project scope, budget, and quality standards.

• Creating and managing project work plans, adjusting as necessary to meet evolving requirements.
• Assigning individual tasks and managing day-to-day operations.
• Reviewing team deliverables, ensuring compliance with methodology and project standards.
• Tracking project progress, expenses, and profitability, while managing budgets and invoicing.
• Facilitating client interactions, addressing needs, and identifying business development opportunities.
• Leading team meetings and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• PMP certification is required.
• Strong management skills with experience in project planning and execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior experience in the MEP field, specifically within hospital and contracting environments.
