Position: Porotta Maker

Salary: AED 1,500 - AED 2,000

Location: Dubai

Benefits: Food and accommodation provided

Age: Below 40 years

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare porotta and other flat breads, ensuring consistency in quality, taste, and texture.
  • Manage and execute orders in a high-volume kitchen, meeting the daily demands efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Monitor ingredients and supplies to ensure the availability of fresh and quality materials.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely food preparation.
  • Handle bulk preparation of dough and flatbreads, ensuring minimal wastage.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in making porotta and other flatbreads.
  • Basic understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
  • Prior experience in a commercial or high-volume kitchen environment.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long hours and work in hot environments.
  • Strong attention to detail to maintain consistent quality and flavor.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
