Support the delivery of Organizational Change Management projects, as well as other areas such as Organizational Design, HR Transformation, and Talent Management.
Assist in conducting change readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and change impact assessments under the guidance of senior team members.
Contribute to the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans.
Assist in the creation of communication and training materials to support change initiatives.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management activities, providing insights for improvement.
Collaborate with team members to support client relationships and deliver high-quality work.
Assist in project management activities, including planning, reporting, and managing timelines.
Participate in structured research assignments based on project needs.
Actively engage in professional development, including building technical and behavioral skills.
Skills And Experience
Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
2 years of relevant experience in HR or Change Management.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Basic understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Highly organized with attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Willingness to travel within the GCC region based on project requirements.
