Key Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support the delivery of Organizational Change Management projects, as well as other areas such as Organizational Design, HR Transformation, and Talent Management.
  • Assist in conducting change readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and change impact assessments under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans.
  • Assist in the creation of communication and training materials to support change initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management activities, providing insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to support client relationships and deliver high-quality work.
  • Assist in project management activities, including planning, reporting, and managing timelines.
  • Participate in structured research assignments based on project needs.
  • Actively engage in professional development, including building technical and behavioral skills.

Skills And Experience

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in HR or Change Management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the GCC region based on project requirements.
