Position: AC Technician
Location : Dubai Salary: AED 1,200 - AED 1,800
Benefits: Accommodation provided
Age: Below 35 years
Main Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, ensuring all work complies with industry standards.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems, ensuring timely and efficient troubleshooting and repairs.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on AC systems, identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
- Test system performance, identifying any issues and resolving them through corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, both in terms of personal safety and equipment safety.
- Keep detailed records of work completed, materials used, and client interactions for proper documentation.
- Respond promptly to service requests, providing professional and efficient service to minimize downtime for clients.
- High school diploma or technical certification in HVAC systems or relevant field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience as an AC technician (home country experience acceptable).
- Expertise in installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of air conditioning systems (residential, commercial, and industrial).
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to HVAC systems, including both mechanical and electrical aspects.
- Knowledge of HVAC components, such as compressors, refrigerants, and other system parts.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and standards related to HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for installations and repairs.
- Effective communication skills to explain issues and repairs to clients.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments, including outdoors and in high temperatures.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
