At Pinerium, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our expansion in the Zoho solutions space. The ideal candidate will drive new business initiatives, cultivate client relationships, and enhance our offerings in the Zoho ecosystem, aligning with Pinerium's commitment to delivering high-quality Zoho-based products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Zoho solutions domain. Analyze market trends and client requirements to strategically position Pinerium in the Zoho ecosystem.
- Client Engagement: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, social media, and other avenues. Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing customized Zoho solutions.
- Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed sales targets, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Develop a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
- Zoho Solutions Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Zoho products and services. Stay abreast of new features and updates, leveraging this knowledge to enhance Pinerium's offerings.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with Pinerium's technical teams to ensure that our Zoho solutions are effectively aligned with client needs. Facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal teams for project execution and delivery.
- Market Feedback: Gather client feedback and market intelligence to guide the evolution of Pinerium's Zoho-based products and services.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in business development or sales roles, preferably with experience in the software or IT sector, and familiarity with Zoho products.
- Zoho Expertise: Strong understanding of Zoho applications and their business applications. Zoho certifications are highly desirable.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and business opportunities.
- Networking Skills: Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
- Adaptability and Proactiveness: Agile in adapting to new technologies and proactive in learning about the latest developments in Zoho solutions.
