We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers install applications and programs.
- Providing technical support service to our customers remotely and on site
- Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes
- Provides technical service and support to new and existing customer networks
- Monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
- Perform site survey
- provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports using zoho desk ticketing system ,ManageEngine tools.
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, applications and peripherals
- Perform required maintenance for Cameras, NVR, Time attendance, Access Control, Network nodes and cables installation.
Requirements
Education field:
- Computer Science.
- Communication & Electronics.
- Information Technology
- Electricity knowledge.
- Virtualization.
- Comptia N+, Comptia A+, MS Office are essential.
