We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Zoho Account Manager to join our team. As a Zoho Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage and nurture relationships with our clients who utilize Zoho solutions. You will focus on our key accounts, ensuring their success, satisfaction, and maximizing their value to our business. You will work closely with clients, develop strategic account plans, and identify opportunities for account growth and revenue generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all Zoho-related matters for our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Zoho and our clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and monitor the performance of Zoho applications for clients, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Proactively address clients' needs, concerns, and expectations to ensure their success and satisfaction.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Co-ordinate with Internal Support team and deliver the right solution at the right time to the customers.
  • Create and deliver a tailored demonstration to showcase customized solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align resources and deliver exceptional service to key clients.
  • Develop new business by analyzing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales; recommending new applications and sales strategies.
  • Identify potential in accounts by studying current business; identifying and evaluating additional needs; analyzing opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure the effective delivery of Zoho solutions.
  • Keep updated on Zoho's latest products and offerings and educate both the team and clients about them.
  • Assist in the development of sales proposals and presentations for Zoho solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for Zoho products and services.
  • Work closely with Zoho representatives to resolve any issues, obtain resources, and improve our partner relationship.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Initiate sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments.
  • Prepare reports on account status

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales, account management or other customer-facing roles in Egypt
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as account management or customer success.
  • Strong knowledge of Zoho applications and their capabilities.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking, business acumen, and ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address customer issues effectively.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on client success and satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple key accounts.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented attitude.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and renewal is a plus.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) or any SaaS product.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills - English and Arabic
