About Our Client

Our client is a Representative office of a leading financial service company in the DIFC. They are looking to recruit a UAE National Administrator for their team.

Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
  • Office document renewal with local governmental entities (UAE Central Bank, Economic Department, Residency Department, Labor Department, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Police, Immigration Office, etc.).
  • Main point of contact of related third parties / government entities.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and support various departments as required.


The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for this role will be a :

  • UAE National with a Bachelor's degree preferably (recent graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plu
