About Our Client
Our client is a Representative office of a leading financial service company in the DIFC. They are looking to recruit a UAE National Administrator for their team.
Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the office team, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
- Office document renewal with local governmental entities (UAE Central Bank, Economic Department, Residency Department, Labor Department, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Police, Immigration Office, etc.).
- Main point of contact of related third parties / government entities.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and support various departments as required.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for this role will be a :
- UAE National with a Bachelor's degree preferably (recent graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plu
